Priority OneReady

For chiefs and coordinators

Ready when the call is ugly — and the house still knows the plan.

Duty standard for police and fire. Body. Medical. Household. Dated. Private to the officer. Aggregate to the chief. Not a yoga library. Not a fitness-for-duty test.

Body

Carry, on-shift work, a standard a sergeant can see was dated — not a video completion.

Medical

Either-hand TQ, IFAK / SCBA, vehicle kit. Skills, not modules.

Household

Rally point, 72-hour bag, out-of-area contact. Family included at no extra seat.

What you can defend in a council packet

  • Recruitment, retention, injury, family, liability — not “longevity.”
  • Fire: cardiac, MSK, cancer habits, NFPA 1582/1583 adjacent language. Not a clinic.
  • Voluntary. Not for discipline. Not a standard for fitness-for-duty. In writing on the product.
  • Chief sees % closed by pillar this quarter. Command does not open an officer’s household note.

Rate card — $8 / person / month

Seat = sworn officer or firefighter (career, volunteer, paid-on-call). Household included. Dispatch / civilian optional at half seat later. Annual prepaid at $96/seat. No “call for pricing.”

30-day pilot or a quote

One shift or one station. Success is % of roster with dated TQ + written rally + one body standard in 30 days.

Not medical advice. Not mental-health treatment. Not a fitness-for-duty exam. Crisis: 988, peer support, your department physician.
